See the ISS glide across Yorkshire’s night skies
THE International Space Station (ISS) will glide across Yorkshire’s night skies this week.
Monday,3 August: approaches from the west at 10.24pm and from the west at 11.58pm.
Tuesday, 4 August: aproaches from the south west at 9.30pm and from the west at 11.07pm.

Hide AdThe ISS is the largest space station ever built and it can be seen with the naked eye at certain times as it orbits Earth at 17,500mph at an altitude of roughly 200 miles.
Spotting the station is easy and you don’t need any special equipment.
