No delays to Budget after Rishi Sunak made Chancellor
Jacob Rees-Mogg told MPs the provisional business for the week beginning March 9 includes the Budget statement from new Chancellor and Richmond MP Rishi Sunak on the Wednesday.
Doubts had been raised about the timing of the Budget following Sajid Javid's shock departure from the Treasury during this month's ministerial reshuffle.

Hide AdMr Javid resigned as chancellor after being given an ultimatum to sack all his special advisers in favour of a joint Number 10/Number 11 team.
He also repeatedly clashed with Prime Minister Boris Johnson's senior adviser Dominic Cummings.
Mr Javid used a personal statement to the Commons to outline why he quit the Cabinet and to urge his successor Mr Sunak not to abandon the fiscal rules aimed at keeping control of the public finances.
