Huddersfield striker Karlan Grant closing in on move to West Brom
The former Charlton Athletic forward is to undergo a medical with the Premier League outfit on Thursday, according to reports in the Daily Telegraph, with the move now heading towards a conclusion after weeks of speculation.
A fee worth £15m has reportedly been agreed for a permanent transfer. The deal is not a loan-to-buy deal as has been previously suggested.

West Brom have been interested in the frontman since the summer, with Grant quickly expressing a desire to join the club in order to test himself in the top-flight.
Grant has scored 23 goals in 57 appearances for Town since joining from Charlton Athletic for £2m in January 2019.
Town will aim to pursue a deal to bring in another forward themselves ahead of Friday's 5pm deadline.
