Four sports projects handed grants
An award of 10,000 to the Tigers Sports and Education Trust will be invested in equipment and coaching costs to deliver a 50-week programme aimed at encouraging disabled young people in Hull to take up basketball and handball.
Bridlington Gymnastics Club got the same amount to extend its membership and buy equipment, including a balance bar, two ballet bars and a foam carpet.

Hide AdA 16-week indoor winter cricket coaching course for boys and girls will be run in the resort, thanks to a grant of 960 to Bridlington Cricket Club.
In North Lincolnshire, Barrow Bowls Club has been given 5,421 for a new mower for its bowling green.
Sport England aims to get a million people playing more sport as part of a legacy from the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Chairman Richard Lewis said: "This investment is opening up great opportunities for local people to get involved in sport.
