Drugs and arms seized during police raids
Officers also made 100 arrests during Operation Sabredale, which saw the confiscation of 12 imitation guns, two stun guns, CS gas canisters and 130 vehicles.
Operation Sabredale began on February 4 and since then teams of dedicated officers have execute 115 warrants, working with other local organisations.

Hide AdChief Inspector Dan Greenwood said: “Over the two weeks, we have made one of West Yorkshire’s biggest operational seizures of drugs and recovered a number of firearms and offensive weapons including a selection of knives and swords.
“Two of the imitation guns also appeared to be in the process of being transformed into live firing weapons and really underlines the importance of this partnership work.”
A 30-year-old man was arrested in the Wyke area on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Cannabis plants were seized from a property in Glenbrook Drive in Lidget Green and officers also found cannabis factories at Parsonage Road in West Bowling, and Farmhill Road in Thorpe Edge.
Chief Insp Greenwood added: “Operation Sabredale does not end here. We will be using all the information we have received to develop and pursue offenders in the weeks ahead.”
