West Yorkshire: Man held over death of woman, 79
Murder squad police have arrested a man in West Yorkshire after the death of a 79-year-old woman in Lincolnshire.
Lincolnshire Police were called at around 2pm on Sunday by hospital staff who had concerns for the local woman who had been taken to hospital from her home address in Merleswen, Dunholme, at around 11am that morning.
The woman later died in hospital at around 10am on September 24. Officers carried out initial enquiries and a murder investigation was launched yesterday.
