A man has been charged and is set to appear in court later this month in connection with a bogus call.

Levi Christopher Douglas Ibbotson, aged 38, of no fixed address, is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court on October 14 charged with burglary.

It is in relation to an incident at an elderly man’s home in Rothwell and was the subject of previous media appeals.
