A selfish driver has been fined for parking on the pavement in Ilkley
This thoughtless driver was fined by police after leaving their car to block an entire pavement.
A PCSO spotted the Skoda parked up on a residential street in Ilkley today.
The driver was issued with a fixed penalty notice as the footpath was inaccessible.
