Centres offer hope over hate crimes
Anyone suffering abuse, bullying, violence or vandalism due to race, religion, gender, disability, age or sexuality can report offences and obtain support without going to police stations.
Insp Tim Hutchinson said: "No-one should suffer because they are different – because they have a different colour skin, a disability, different sexuality or beliefs."
