Mr Cragg, who is also executive chairman of Rotherham Titans RUFC, will be joined on the trek by five other individuals from across the UK.

He said: “The timing of this trip is quite poignant as Nicholas Associates Group has reached several pinnacles recently, including announcing our intention to float on AiM, creating Aristotle Partnerships, and I now find myself aspiring to reach another high point in my life by trekking the highest peak in the world to support another community that is dear to my heart.”

Each year PHASE Worldwide improves the lives of over 20,000 people in Nepal.

The charity enables people to access knowledge, skills, and services whilst at the same time, strengthening local government provision, to empower them to improve their own lives.
