Hide AdLucy Rodley, senior enterprise risk business partner at Leeds Building Society, started her apprenticeship at the Society in 2016 and quickly worked her way up through the business.
She said: “ I am so grateful for the opportunities I have had as a result of my apprenticeship and am proud to work for a business which nurtures young talent to develop their careers.
“When I finished my A-Levels, I accepted a position at Edinburgh university. But after a few months I knew the course wasn’t for me and moved back home. At that point I wasn’t quite sure where my career would take me, but having seen a vacancy for an apprentice in the risk management team at Leeds Building Society I decided to take the opportunity and I have never looked back.
The new apprentices will join the Society in September.
