The new store will offer a wide selection of affordable and fashionable styles and brands, opening its doors with a number of promotions and special offers.

The store will be open from 9 am to 6 pm Monday – Saturday and 10.30 am to 4.30 pm on Sundays.

The new store has recruited a new team in Beverley and has one part-time vacancy left to fill.

The new Shoezone store will stock the company’s complete core range as well as a number of brands, including Lotus, Heavenly Feet, and Lunar.

The opening comes after Shoezone reopened its “modernised” Doncaster store last month, at the Frenchgate Shopping Centre.

Also last month, the retailer announced the opening of its relocated Wakefield store.

The new Wakefield store is located in the Trinity Walk shopping centre, and opened on June 24.

The moves come as, earlier this month, Shoezone raised its pre-tax profit forecast for the second time in a five week period, after posting “exceptional” sales.

The retailer said it now expects adjusted profit before tax for the financial year to be no less than £13.5 million.

In its previous trading update, issued in June, the firm said that it expected adjusted profit before tax to be a minimum of £10.5 million.

In May, the business saw a rise in half year sales, but profits more than halved due to inflationary pressures.
