Modern Dilemmas: Out of control
It's so tempting to be filling every moment of everyday with business. We are often texting, typing or planning. Where did our daydreaming go and where is our "off" switch? What this can result in, and indeed sounds like your issue, is an addiction to perfectionism. It's the planning of every aspect of our lives with must-have and must-do lists with deadlines. Really it's a way of coping of keeping control and dealing with stress.
Simplicity seems to have been abandoned for getting on and it leaves us exhausted, disillusioned and burnt out. The fun has vanished and you're now in desperate need of a break from being productive. Now is the time to take your foot off the accelerator and slow down. Give yourself that reassurance that every-thing will be fine at 30mph rather than at 100mph. In fact, things are much better... The only planning you are allowed to do at this time is a holiday and one in which you rest.

By this I mean, use it as a day to simply relax and unwind. Don't fill it with things you think you should be doing, just wake up when you wake up and do everything in slow motion.
Take your time to have breakfast, read, watch a movie or even go back to bed. Then once you've felt how that feels to
your soul create that "Sunday feeling" whenever you can.
With a change of approach, you'll notice that your priorities change too and what seemed so important has lost its appeal.
